In 1931 artist Haddon Sundblom created a wonderful drawing of Santa Clause for the Coca-Cola company. His illustrations are still used today.
Mr. Sundblom’s drawings featured gold buttons going down the front of Santa’s coat rather than a stripe of fur. This has become the defining element of a Santa style called the Cola Suit.
